How to Claim Your Full Refund:
If you find that our resource pack is not the right fit for your child's preparation, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Requirement: Simply email us with a photo of proof showing that your child has attempted or used the papers. Once received, we will process your refund instantly, no questions asked.
2. Permitted Use
All resources, PDFs, and tests purchased from CH Tuition are licensed for individual/family use only. You may print copies for your child’s preparation, but redistribution, digital sharing, or commercial resale of any content is strictly prohibited.
